Regarding Newer Version of ADE

I would like to know if ADE gets feature improvements and a new version #  is pushed out, how do I get the newer verison?

**Will ADE update automatically?

**And if not, then how to I deactivate the old version and install the new version? 

Today (6/9/21) I installed ADE Verison 4.5.11.187303.   First time user.

And it was not recognizing my user id / password.

I had tech chat successfully help and unistall and remove key registries and then reinstall ADE.

**Would this be the same procedure for newer versions?

I think I could do it on my own.  But what a pain.

Just trying to give myself a heads up.
