ADE is installed but need to register my NOOK. Window asking to register did no appear.

Is the Nook a dedicated eReader or an Android tablet?

Just checking what you need to do for dedicated eReader in case you missed something.

Get an Adobe ID.
Install ADE.
Register an Adobe ID with ADE.
Plug in the Nook using USB.
Start ADE.
It will should ask you to register the Nook.
If not, it should show an 'Authorize Device' or similar option under the 'Library' menu.

Report back if you tried all this and it still didn't work, with more precise details of what failed.
