How do you remove authorization? Unable to authorize my editions - tells me id already used?

    This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).

    I know you have already seen the answer and acted on it, but copying here in case any other viewer finds this thread.

    how do you remove an authorization without having a password for the previous account?  the account is my mother's-in-law and she is no longer with us (dead).
