Repeating Error Message

I brought a copy of Doctor Who: Shakedown from Google Books, I tried to download into Digital Editions but got the following error message.

I went back to Google Books telling them, that it would not download into Digital Editions. They gave me a refund. I then brought the same book from eBooks.com and this time the download into Digital Editions worked. Everytime I load up Digital Editions, the error message just keeps on coming up.
