Reset Activation Count

Chat support is unwilling/incapable of help, so they directed me here. Please reset my activation count, so that I may activate my reader on my new device. Thank you.

Unfortunately I cannot activate any new e-book reader on my android device. Even after deactivating another app, I Receive a message that my activation limit was extended.Since your chat line is not answering, I ask for help this way.
