Reset activation count please

Hi

I am trying to use ADE to get library books onto my KOBO touch ereader.  So far I have been unsuccessful and now I have reached my activation limit even though I am using one device and one computer.

I contacted ADE online chat but they are unable to help

Can someone advise how I can get my activation count reset ?
