Reset ADE authorisation

Hi. It seems like this is a helpless issue. I need to authorize Adobe Digital Editions in myu devices and I just can't. I'm supposed to contact support so that they can help me resetting the authorization limit (or something similar) but support only sends me to this forum, which is really irritating.

My adobe ID works just fine for anything else. It's just ADE that rejects it over and over again. I use ADE on PC (windows 64) and android (ADE native app and Aldiko). Nothing works!

Any help will be appreciated.
