Reset adobe ID (too many activations)

I have this error message. The person in the chat won't help...
I want to reset my adobe id so I can authorize my device (kobo). 
Please can someone help me reste my adobe account ID..??

I've been trying all day, and the chat support is total nonsense and useless.
