Reset Adobe ID - Too Many Device Activations

Hello,

I am having trouble with my Kobo ereader and after factory resetting it and re-authorizing it a few time I am getting the error below.  Please reset my device activation so I can access the content I paid for.  Thank you

    Same issue here, and I see that there is no response anymore on these kind of questions. Is this The-talking-to-a-wall, dead end section of Adobe? Why do content providers still use adobe digital editions, while clearly Adobe does not support digital editions anymore? I am very upset, having bought a kobo ereader that is partly useless now.
