reset the authorization

Hi, I really need your help. I tried to reset my authorization cause I got the message "Error! check activation". It didn`t work cause ADE didn`t accept my password. So I created a new password which was confirmed by adobe. But when i wanted to use it for the reset of my authorization, ADE again doesn`accept the password. So I can`t use my reader any more for new books. Meanwhile I suspect that there is a chaos in my account. I tried to create a new email-adress. ADE notifies that it can not store the new email-adress.I gues it would be the best to cleanup my account and start it new. But I don`t know how to.

So I´m absolut helpless now. Can somebody help me please. I hope anyone can understand my terrible english.
