Retrieving Saved Comments after Switching Servers

I work for an e-commerce company and we use Adobe PDF to do our catalog page layouts. We use Windows 7 and Mac OS. In the process the PDF and comments were originally saved to a server. This past weekend we had to copy everything to a new server, but when we open the PDF, it can't find the comments, because it is still looking for the old server. Is there a way to change the network path that Adobe is using to find the comments?
