Returning Library Books

Have just started using a new computer and, having re established my Adobe account details on the new computer I tried to return a library book from my Kobo ereader. But I got this message - "E_BAD_LOAN_VD"

I can probably return the book through my old computer, but hope that I'll be able to download and return books using the new computer in the future. Does anyone know what, if anything, I've done wrong?

    in version 4.5.2 you have to go to file, select item info and you will find return option!!

    a real pain because you used to be able to click on the book icon and the menu was  there!!
