Reviewing my e-book novel through Adobe, according to Smashwords.

I am told by Smashwords that they are seeing problems with my e-book novel that I need to view and correct through Adobe. It seems that I am unable to do this.

Thanks, John.
I have tried to go through Adobe to view any problems you have mentioned. Despite following several paths and even engaging in a useless discussion with a computer and (perhaps) a live individual, I am unable to get my e-book to download through, or pass through, Adobe. It has been a long and complicated process to no avail.
If you have other advice, please let me know.
Otherwise, thanks anyway.

You did not answer the question... what Adobe program did you use the write the book?
