Rimuovere autorizzazione

Ho installato ID digital editions sul mio computer con il mio ID. Adesso dovrei rimuovere l'autorizzazione perchè ho problemi con un e-book che ho comprato ma mi quando provo ad inserire la mia password per rimuovere l'autorizzazione mi segnala che la password non è corretta mentre io sono sicura che lo è. Ho provato anche a modificare la password ed inserire la nuova ma nulla, non mi consente di farlo. Come faccio ad eliminare l'autorizzazione e ad inserire i miei dati ID?

    Non riesco a rimuovere l'autorizzazione di adobe Digital editions sul Mac.

    Quando ci provo mi compare il seguente msg:

    Impossibile eliminare l'autorizzazione riprovare più tardi.

      To all those who are with V 4.0.3 and are able to de- authorization using the window de - Authorization and keep getting the message , try de - authorizes the article mentioned in the link below :

      ( Step 5 if you are using mac and step 8 if you use victory are important steps )

      Important Note : Please DO NOT follow the procedure referred to link if you have authorized your computer with multiple identities and you do not remember all the passwords . Following the steps mentioned in the above link is de- authorize all accounts authorized on your computer . So, do not proceed if you do not remember your password ( s ) .
