I have tried, many times to "Authorise" my computer, & get an error message: E_AUTH_FAILED

I cannot transfer my e-Books to my e-Reader, nor download them to my Mac

Can anyone help me please? !

It sounds like your Adobe Digital Editions authorization might be corrupted. Try deauthorizing first by pressing Cmd + Shift + D, then reauthorize with the correct Adobe ID. Also make sure you’re using the same ID on your eReader and Mac. That usually fixes the E_AUTH_FAILED error.
