SAMSUNG NOOK 10.1 - NOT Recognized by ADE on Windows 7 computer

Does anyone know how to get a book that you have used ADE to open on computer to work on the new Samsung 10.1 NOOK? The NOOK Refuses to recognize my adobe ID and password, and the ADOBE support keeps telling me to go to Samsung, which doesn't do anything they can't help either.
