samsung tablet nook can't add Adobe ID

In  Nook settings on the new  Samsung galaxy tablet, I'may trying to do the Adobe DRM SETTINGS to add my Adobe ID. I know I am putting in the correct I'd and password and I get an incorrect message. I know this is a problem  for many people and I think it is an Adobe problem because Kindle Fire is having a similar problem. Any help?
