save chanhes to pdf form

I can`t change this form call_2018_ka2_ka201_a_5.01_en_prod-5a788c8692592.pdf - Google Drive  I have to fill little by little, and submitt at the end.

I installed the later version od Adobe Acrobate Teader DC, but it didn`work.

Can you please help me?
