Scrolling eBook on Adobe Digital Editions

I am running ADE 4.5 edition and I cannot scroll through the pages or use the Find function. 

 

However, if I select a page, close down the app, and then reopen the app, it opens the book at the page I wanted.  

 

Can someone please help ASAP?

    Hi, I have the same problem.  My other laptop is running 4.5.10 and works just fine, my new laptop has the same behaviour as you've posted and is running 4.5.11 with the latest version of Windows 10.  Installing Acrobat reader and adding authorisation makes no difference.  Hopefully someone will post a fix soon, otherwise I'll be looking for a different ebook reader.  I only read locally stored ebooks.

    I am having the same problem--using ADE v. 4.5.11 on a new laptop. Files that worked before no longer work. I can't check links or scroll through the document.

    I had one other thought. I have both epub2 and epub3 files. My epub3 files work fine on ADE v. 4.5.11 but it is the epub2 files that seem to be a problem. I don't have a solution if this is this real underlying issue. Adobe would have to address it but it might point to the solution.
