Search No Longer Working after latest Windows Update

I use this program to help me scan books for key words. This hasn't been an issue until just now. Now the search feature only searches the first 3 pages of a book, which doesn't give me much, since this is usually just the title page and maybe a Table of Contents. How do I fix this, cause if it won't work, I have to find something else.
