Search not working, font not working, table of contents not working

Hi,

I bought a book on google play and have opened it in Adove digitial edition but I can't search, fonts are hazy and there is no table of contents. In addition, the page numbers on the software dont match the page numbers on the book.

I really need help. I have an exam in 2 days.
