Sender and recipiant both digitally sign contract - How?

How do I take and existing PDF, fill in with my detail Name, Company etc, electronically sign and send to recipiant to fill in details and digitally sign?  I can sign my own document, I can get the recipiant to sign, but can't work out how to do both. Regrds SImon
