Server acces problems on Authorization

I recently loaded Adobe Digital Editions to replace Sony Reader for PC, which no longer works. I was able to load ebooks to the application with no problem, but it is currently authorized with out an ID. I tried to create an ID, and received this message

Access Denied

  You don't have permission to access "http://www.stage.adobe.com/products/digital-editions/ebookcreateid.html" on this server.

How do I solve this?

When I tried again the following night, the Authorization succeeded. That problem is solved.
