Server Activation error code "E_auth_not_ready"

After many year, my PC reader cannnot import ACSM anymore so just tried first time to authorise my DRM on Adobe Digital Edition Software to test it and got this error code.

Since it's my first time activation on ADE, I cannot de-authorise as some previous posts recommend: any other advice welcome
