Setting Up Kobo and Library Books

Just purchased a Kobo Aura.  Thought I'd followed all of the directions and both the computer (Windows 😎 and the Kobo claim that they have been authorized with the same Adobe ID, but, when I try to read books I've downloaded from the library on the Kobo I'm told that it isn't authorized to read that book.

Ideas?
