Shared Adobe User ID

Hi there,

should the Adobe User ID assigned to one person or is it possible to user one ID for a team?

How is this in case of using an PDF that I'm using in Adobe Digital Editions? Could I share this PDF with my colleagues in the same team or is this prohibited?
