Since ADE 4.5.7 update, images are replaced by a snow blizzard

Hi,

I'm on macOS High Sierra v. 10.13.2. Since the update to ADE 4.5.7 (4.5.7.179634), all the images have disappeared in some PDF with DRM, and now appears instead a kind of black and white blizzard of snow, like parasite dots on a TV screen without signal. I often have to refer to those books (which I have bought!), but without image, they are mostly unusable. Very frustrating, since ADE is the only app that can access to those DRM eBooks.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
