Since upgrading to Windows 10 I cannot download from the library to my Kobo reader. Error message "CE-Copy-Not-Allowed. No permission to copy the book. Any sugestions would be appreciated.

Have you Digital Edition and you reader authorize with the same Adobe ID?

Can you open the eBook in Digital Edition?
If yes check the permissions of the eBook. (Right click to the eBook).
