Sticky PgUP and PgDN keys. Turning pages doesn't really work.

I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 installed on Windows 11 for Desktop. So far I have noticed that the PgUP and PgDN keys aren't really working to turn the pages, the keys seem really sticky but I do have a very well running keyboard. Does anyone know if this is an issue maybe with the Adobe Digital Editions application?
