Still listed as an Active user of FREE Adobe Digital Editions app in the Products tab in my account

I have not used  Adobe  Digital Editions in Years & I think I might have deleted it from my old  PC before discarding it at a PC repair shop where they cleared the hard drive to rdecycle the  PC/. How do I get the products  page in my account to say  I am using no  Adobe apps?
