Surface Pro 4, Win10 - no touch screen for paging?

I just got a new surface pro 4 with windows 10. Digital editions doesn't sense the page swipe or the dictionary lookup like it does on my old Nook. Is this just me or do we need a new release of Digital Editions for this hardware/software configuration?

Digital Edition are not support touch function. Its create for install on a normal device without touch.
