Suspicious 'uninstall.exe' in ADE 4.5

Hello,

In Windows 10 taskbar menu, I see the entry 'Uninstall' (alone, without more information).

Checking for the source, I see that it is related to the file UNINSTALL.EXE in '"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Digital Editions 4.5"' folder.

Is'nt it strange that this file is not digitally signed (All others files have a digital signature 'Adobe system incorporated') ?

So now my question: Is that file really secure ?
