SVG file displays with botom and right edge cut off

The svg file (attached) generated by MathJax displays corrctly in browsers. When incorporated in an epub it displays correctly in Calibre epub viewer but in Adobe digital editions viewer on windows 10 the bottom and right edge of the character are missing. Is this a bug in ADE or am I doing something wrong?
