Sync between Galaxy Tab A and Dell Laptop

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this has been posted before... but my ADE does not sync between the two devices I use it on.

I mostly use it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A but sometimes I want to use it on my laptop (Dell).

It does not automatically sync my books between these two devices.

Also, on my Galaxy Tab, I am unable to create any folders in the app for books for different authors.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
