Synching between devices not working

Hi

I've ADE installed on my Windows and it has been working fine when borrowing books from my local library. Now I installed ADE on my Android phone (Samsung S5), but the synch is not working. I've used the same Adobe ID. I've borrowed books to my phone as well, but ADE does not synch to my Windows neither.

What do I have to do to synch between devices?
