Synchronisation

Hello!
I have 3 devices that are authorized to access my library, but they are not synchronising....
What can I do?

I have tried selecting "synchronise", I have tried to quit ADE and start it again, and I have deactivated and reactivated "automatic download" on all 3 devices.

What am I doing wrong?
