Tables get cut off in EPUB3

Like the headline says: longer tables get cut off on the bottom with EPUB3-ebooks. As long as it's epub2 the tables break up smoothly and continue at the next page but with epub3, not so much. I really try to finally switch to epub3 but the ADE makes it just so difficult to do so.

When will there finally be an update that erases all these epub3-related errors? I mean, after all these years of epub3, it's still not possible to scroll through the pages which makes checking and testing an epub a real hassle.
