Takealot refusing to provide acsm token

Hi,

I am receiving the following error message "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: already fulfilled by another user"

I contacted the E-book provider (takealot) and requested the ACSM token and they are not able to help me.

Takealot said that the codes were redeemed without an adobe ID. Is there any way you can confirm that the books were redeemed on my account.

They said that the book codes are locked due to it being claimed without an adobe ID. I am sure that i claimed the books on my account.
