text size slide bar won't go away on page

Sometimes when reading the text slide bar comes up on upper center part of the pahe and I can't get it to go away. Anyone know how to make it go away?

I chose ACSM files as topic because a topic is required. Do not really now what this issue comes under. No category for USE OF ADE,
