The software Adobe Digital Editions is not working propertly in my laptop with windows 10

I need your help, I have installed the software Adobe Digital Editions in my Hp laptop with Windows 10 in order to be able to open an ebook in a file format .ACSM. I didn´t have any issue with the installation but when I tried to started the software it only shows a window empty, could you please help me
