There's No Help Here!

2.0 no longer works. I tried downloading 3.0 and it doesn't work either. I tried several times! All I get is an error message "APP Crash". I'm positive it's not my computer. According to a Google search I did a lot of people are having problems with ADE. This has been going on for ages. WHY offer something for free if you're not going to give any assistance whatsoever? I was on here about a year ago and got assistance a few times. I'm fairly sure it was from some Staff person. If I don't get help soon I'm going to use some other program, and I will NEVER recommend ADE to anyone.
