"This book has been returned. Loan not on record"

Starting yesterday, when I check out my ebooks from my library and transfer them to my nook to read it, it gives me the error that I put in the subject line above.  I can see it fine in adobe digital editions. When I open the book on my nook, it tells me that its been returned. I notice also that on my nook it says unknown author below the title. But the file is normal on digital editions. Please help!

    I was having this exact same problem. Getting library books fine and one day all of a sudden they would all give me the loan not on record error.  I reset my nook and returned it to the original factory settings and I am able to get library books again.  You can find details of how to do the reset on the nook website I'm sure.

      Try to download the book again on ADE, then transfer to NOOK
