"This book has been returned. Loan not on record."

Except I just checked out the book and downloaded it to my PC laptop.

I've had issues with this since the summer. Got a new laptop, successfully downloaded a single book, now everything is giving that message. A file has been moved to the Nook Glowlight, but I keep getting the message that I have somehow returned the book...it's obviously a failed authorization but WTF? I'm about to toss both Adobe and the Nook.
