"This book has been returned. Loan not on record" messsage on Nook even though I just downloaded it

Download books from lib to ADE, can download to Nook Color, but when try to read it on Nook it says "This book has been returned. Loan not on record". Just downlaoded ADE to Windows 7 PC yesterday, authorization looks ok.

    Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same issue.
