Hi,

I downloaded a book from Wiley today, installed ADE, and imported the .acsm file.

It says that this computer is not authorized to open the book because this item is authorized to a vendor id.

I have provided the correct adobe ID and password and it says that the vendor account that you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open.

I've spend half a day troubleshooting. Please advise.
