"This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized"

Hi there,

I am having a problem where I can't seem to transfer my library loans onto my Kobo (Kobo Glo HD) using Adobe Digital Editions. I am able to download the ebook from the library and it appears to work when I transfer it to my Kobo, but when I try to open the book I get a message saying, ""This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sing-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again." My ADE says that it is authorized. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried with different books from the library. What should I do?
