To Many Acitivations

Hello,

I am using Adobe Digital editions on windows, on e-reader and on my android galaxy tab.

I was trying different e reader apps on android like Aldiko who can also read Adobe DRM epub books. I din't deauthorize the Aldiko app and deleted it. Now i still get the message to many acitvations.

reading the forum the only option was to contact the help desk (call and chat) i asked many times

for a reset count. but nothing works and i still get the same error message To many acitvations.

The support from Adobe is not verry good in helping me to solve this issue and i don't know what to do. 

Can anyone from the adobe support team please reset the activation count on Adobe Digital Editions for me????  So i can read my DRM epub books again. Otherwise i can't download them from my ebook vendor because all books are connected with the same adobe id.
