Tolino Page - DRM error

Hello, I recently bought an e-reader (Tolino page) and every time I want to open a book (.epub format), it says that: e_adept_core_decrypt_license_key. I am signed in with my Adobe ID on e-reader and on computer. PDFs opened normaly. I don't know what to do. It's frustrating
