Too many acitivations (ereader Kobo Libra 2)

This is frustrating to say the least.

There is no way for a user to just delete ALL device activated on account.

Thus only to deactivate computer NOT ereader.

Cannot read my ebooks from library.

I use command + alt + shift - D did not erase old ereader

I heard rumers that you have to have a paid acccount to delete activated devices is that true?

Also website naviation is terriable can't know where and whom to contact to fix this issue.
