TOO MANY ACTIVATIOn

I received the message TOO MANY ACTIVATIOn on digital edition even if I use only one computer and one ebook. The solution that adobe give on the hep page is to contact adobe to have a reset BUT when you try to contact adobe to have a reset , they tel you that they can't help because it's an issue about digital edition. I had that problem MANY times and waist MANY HOURS trying to make representent of adobe understand that adobe help page say to contact them. There's REALLY A BIG PROBLEM in  the consumer service of Adobe Edition, the worst one I ever see. Conclusion? I have a ebook but I'm not able to use it!!
